    Detoxification is a mandatory process in the city of Mumbai which will help us keep healthy. To detoxify, I visit The Four Fountains Spa where they use Spirulina for one of their therapies. This helps to cleanse the body ridding me from the toxins in my body. They also use the essential oils of lemon, orange and lavender which add to the fragrance and make the therapy even more splendid and an experience to remember.
