Just when I thought Mumbai had reached a peak with good Italian cuisine, I stumbled across Don Giovanni's. Now, first things first, well done on having a sign you can clearly see from the roadside to find this place. However, I would suggest you have a word with Just Dial as your phone number is not listed with them! This can't be good for business...
We didn't get deterred by this and so ended up dropping in en route somewhere else to make the arrangements for dinner. Whilst doing so we heard that there was a dress code in place too - as you would expect with a classy joint like this.... read more -

Look, Gloria is a classy chick. You can tell this when you first set eyes on her. And remember, in this world a bit of class will always set you back a few extra rupees.
Therefore, anyone wanting to compare this place to the dreadful CCD/Barista, then you must stop! To do this would be offensive to Gloria. It's like comparing Lara Dutta to Rakhi Sawant! Instead, start to think nice thoughts about how a coffee shop can capture a share of the coffee market by doing things a bit more stylishly. My House is what the name Chez Moi means in French, and it certainly has that warm, cosy feel to it. I think Chez Moi is currently closed for refurbishment, and so I look forward to seeing the new and improved interiors very soon ;o)
Just don't change a thing about the food - this is perfect. The salads, the stuffed mushrooms, the cold coffees/iced teas, the fries = all very good.
Overall, a great little find! Just wish you'd start home delivery for when wandering down the road feels too arduous to contemplate after a hard day in the office ;o) -

Wowzers! That's the first impression you get from entering this place via a hot, noisy and dusty Linking Road. Global Fusion appears to be more akin to a nightclub than a restaurant. The interiors are dimly-lit, but definitely Chinese. The furniture; however, appears to be from a doll's house as this reviewer struggled to contain his lower limbs underneath the table without resorting to a yoga position.

Boo! Just when you thought you could rely on a global brand, where everything is the same no matter where you are in the world, it all goes a bit pear-shaped.
Seems someone needs to remind this outlet that the company slogan is 'Eat fresh'. The bread was stale, the salads looked depressed, and the sandwich construction meant that most of the filling fell out when you tried to take a bite.
A good case for some re-training, Mr Subway Franchise India. Or simply try out Torrp It Up instead. They can't be any worse ;o) -

We are glad you had a great time and appreciate your compliments on the food ... i must remind you that we have also started listing wines with a fine range of Indian and imported varietals.
Let us also clarify that we are not under renovation or refurbishment and there must have been a misunderstanding. We only close to walk in guests if there is a private party at the venue and we have been having loads of those and birthday inquiries for the venue.
