Our evening comprised of the superb Woodside Inn classic margherita pizza, pasta in alfredo sauce,fries- all served up with the right music; but what made it extra special for us was the attentive and friendly staff, who went out of their way accommodate our lill one! Thanks and keep it up!

So my wife goes there to have a coffee.... and asks for some water to drink. The Manager says that there is no regular water, and you will need to buy a 'Bisleri'... so my wife told him - its against the rules, a restaurant needs to serve water to its patrons - their view was - that they have Bisleri - and thats only for cookiing. So finally after much debate they got her water - which had a look that read in a neon sign - this is tap water. -

Some places u wish u could freeze the moment and savour it all your life and share it with your kids and everyone else... One such place is Britannia. I visited the place after a few years and it still brought back memories of Simple times when life was a little more forgiving, Simple great food, fun times with friends and a charming little place.
Though the place may be not be up to its previous high standards it still manages to give you a damn good meal..
We had the all time favorite, Berry Pulao and the Dhansak rice and boy was it something. Unfortunately they ran out... read more -

Saw this new place on Colaba Causeway called Wich Latte - looked good so went in.
The place is 2 weeks old, so its getting its act together...they serve salads, pizza, sandwiches, pasta and dessert .
Ordered some Blueberrry Cheese cake - which was a little sweet but the texture was divine. The base was a little thin but thats ok coz overall it was a nice light cheese cake.
Luckily the owner was at hand so we could share the feedback with him. He insisted that we sample his Chocolate mousse and challenged us to find fault with his Tiramisu, which is the house specialty. -

Went to this place thinking should be a good pl for family bonding... was v disappointed. The food is average and nothing more.

Food is nothing to write home about
Desserts are even worse. If you like your Date Pancake with ice cream - beware its another 110/- for vanilla ice-cream.
Service is extremely poor, slow and inefficient
Music was too loud, you can't hear across the table.
They need to pull up their socks....
Damages - Rs. 500 per person -
