Joined The Yoga Institute a month back now. I can really see huge difference in myself. Basic reason to join was anxiety..but I observed immense improvements in many areas like lack of concentration, confidence etc.
Very economical yet effective. All the teachers are good..helping in resolving minor all the queries, doubts. and ofcourse Mr. Jaydev Yogendra & Mrs. Hansa J. Yogendra undoubtedly very successful Yoga gurus.
Most recommended for those who are seeking for Yoga.
