To start off the experience here was different. Theme based restaurant, totally matched up to what the name says. Good Ambience and yes, as thought doesnt look that dingy though. The music is a bit too loud, but on request can be softened.
As far the food is concerned, its good in two important aspects a) Quality b) Portions. Justice is for both the parameters.
Had Chinese, Indian as well as Italian starters and they were quite good, apt for the names and the authenticity of the taste was maintained. Mocktails were also good & so were the free vodka shots !!!!

Yes, I should admit that, since childhood, i totally disliked fish, coz of the "smell", but ever since I have started visiting Gajalee, that notion has gone out of my head, as Gajalee serves real fresh fish, which doesnt smell at all. I am in total love with the Crispy bombay duck fillets (bombil fry). They are just simply awesome and the taste is so consistent. Last time tried the BASA fish, that was exceptional too. Chicken my fav is always the best, that too, thali with the vade. Not to forget the "sol kadhi" and Malai kulfi which follows. All in all, I love to go to Gajalee, again & again -

Been there with colleagues for Dinner, it was Just OK , nothing more than that ! Not Worth the Price too. They Overcharge for Mocktails, which are just 3 sips !!! Limited variety of Menu , which is not appealing to the palatte! Even the menu included in the Medditerranean Fest was now something outstanding. Had taken the potato starter, which was brrr. Sizzler was also ok, with tasteless mashed potato. Only something good, which was available, was cheese roll, which was also over, by the time we went there :(.

Had been there, to try their most famous Falooda's, but somehow , was not that appealing as what the "Junta" goes Gaa gaa gaa , infact I had ordered a Kesar Pista Falooda, and it turned out to be a total Flopp... was tasting only water , in marathi a typical word for that is " Panchat" !!! was quite furious too and returned that, but in replacement ordered for a Strawberry Melba, and it was just Awesome. I can recommend a Strawberry Melba, is a must try for Strawberry Loverz... it had almost a whole complete bowl of Strawberries, with the best strawberry Icecream, ever I had and Vanila Icecream... read more -

Worth a try, excellent rice quality, superb taste, not much Oily or sticky , Just Perfect. The Service is superb, staff is courteous and humble too !!! Another great taste to the palatte is the Non-Veg, Tikka platter, estatic variety of different types of Chicken Kebab's and one variety of Mutton !!! The best feature of this place, worth the price ..... -
