Pizza Hut always reminds me of a lively place with awesome meals and walking out with a smile after ringing the bell. However, this outlet is disappointing!
FOOD: The pizzas tasted nothing like it used to. One was extremely oily and the other was yet to be baked properly. Half the things on the menu were not available. Something as basic as pasta in white sauce wasn't available!!! No hot beverages were available. 70% of the desserts weren't available.

I hadn't been eating out for about 2 months coz of jaundice - and when we did decide to eat out - we thought of a new place that sprung up on Link Road - Kazan.
Located in a small lane opposite Tanishq - its stuck to it Hometown and Bora Bora owned by the same chain. When I walked in I was greeted by a bunch of people waiting for a table and the impression I got was half an hour of wait. This time I tried their Home Delivery.. and I was let down!!!!
I placed an order for 2 Ragda Pattice, Paneer Butter Masala and a Veg Pulao. The order was placed at 8:15pm. I was told that delivery will take time. I asked how much and was told 45 mins. I was ok with it since it was HOLI and confirmed the same.
Till 9:15 there was no sign of the parcel coming in - so I called up once again and the guy on phone told me "nikal gaya". Cool I thought and waited. 9:45 and there was again so sign of food. To be noted - I ordered at 8:15 and till 9:45 there was no delivery made. Frustr... read more -

... and finally after waiting for a long time - I went to the ice lounge thanks to a deals and you coupon which offered it to me at 50% less... so as happy and as excited I could be - we decided to get in.
Called in for a prior reservation and Mr. Himmanshu Yadav very politely asked us to come in... and why not? was a weekday and the place was empty! At the time when we walked in - there was just nobody inside. Later another group came in. But good - we could happily explore the place.

I went for dinner after watching Band Baaja Baarat and had this whole "dhinchaak" feeling. The ambience complemented. It is comparatively a large restaurant and the interiors are dhaba like. So is the food - and well the service!!
Daal Makhani was good. Aloo Dum Masala and Bhunahua Subzi were also good. Somehow I thought that the menu should have had a description of each item. That was missing from most of the items on the menu.
