Awesome view, food, and ambiance. I wish they also served some western food, but no issues. Service was quick, friendly. Drinks are way too overpriced, food is also pricey, but I think I wouldn't mind paying for food for this location. Total bill was Rs 4000 for 2 people, of which more than 75% was drinks! And no, we didn't drink a lot!! -

Hi all,
My wife and I visited Grasshopper to celebrate my bday and 'Mother's day'. Turned out to be a perfect place for the dual occasion. The ambiance is very very exotic, and u feel relaxed as soon as you sit down on one of the tables in their backyard. (Do enjoy a glass of wine)
Regarding the food -- mindblowing!!!!!!!! All 7 courses were amazing, for the lack of a better word. Each dish had its own taste, and we simply loved the shrimps, fish (the best!) and chicken. Truly a fine dining experience.
The only complaint I have is they didn't ask us if we wanted water... read more -

I had heard about this place from friends, and we decided to make a visit for breakfast. The place is easily accessible on St. Marks Road. The decor and ambiance was simple and relaxing. No one seemed to be in a hurry and it was a place where one could go to just 'chill'.
Food was simple - but very tasty! Kudos to the cook. The menu card was really innovative. I was amazed by the variety of only 'egg dishes' - great idea!
Now the service -- we had to 'ask' for silverware, paper napkins, water. Besides, the waiter forgot my orange juice. Not such a big deal -- as it is a relaxing... read more -
