1st of all the location.. Landmark : the road to matunga station. If IIFA or Soham is at ur left then from next big 4 way junction, take right and you will see alot of flower shops .. Keep seeing left and there would be an old board .. with o hair written or u will see two guards sitting.
Inside: crowded!!!! like all of matunga people have come for hair cut the very same day!
But even when its crowded, that u have to literally search for billing / appointment counter, the place is clean and tidy.

Entrance: Its better if you close your eyes and go inside or you would start judging the place( as I did)
Sitting & ambiance & view : IS all that they have!
Food: We ordered veg snacks and main course.. it was too bad!
Service : was as poor as food! they were not even serving breads quickly!
We went on 25th dec'11 for which they were open till 5 in morning. Assuming that they were prepared and knew people would pour in I dont think they stood up to the mark!

The ambiance at night, i think, is better than at lunch hours. When you closely look at the entrance then It might look some kinda shady place as it is not very grand. But the passage way leading to it is nicely decorated. Not to forget the shops with closed shutters really are not visible at night. We took the air conditioned section of the restaurant. Which lookd very nice. The lighting, tables, sitting arrangements were quite good! There was open sitting also which also looked good and had big screen ..

I've been to this place alot with frnds. I like the "not to spicy food" served here. But sometimes in seasons like rains when u really want "tikhaaa" dishes, this place plays a fool!!
