Hi, I remember the first time I came here after a recommendation from a relative who vouched for it's sandwiches, and since I am fanatically crazy about them, I visited this place. The moment I stepped in and had a look at it's interiors, kitchen (easily visible), and the waiters... I got up and stepped out, I really didn't like the hygeine standards maintained here as it is very low, the oven, the toaster all need immense cleaning (If you don't believe you can check it out), though I visited it again other time as lot of my friends had insisted and didn't want to offend the group. I went to this place after reading a lot of reviews here, this place is a little difficult to locate as it is a few blocks on the offside of the P.K road, once there with my wife after a shopping spree we stepped in a perfect ambience of a fine dine and were about to settle down on a four seater table when the person in front of the computer (manager I guess) wanted us to shift to another table located on the far right corner meant for 2 people, since we had bags as well and the hotel was not much crowded we wished we could sit on the first table but he directed us to the 2 seater table, we finall... read more -

Hi, I read a great deal of this restaurant for its authentic interiors, and lip smacking vegetarian fare, I traveled specially to this place to get a taste of it, being a foodie myself and checking every restaurant that serves good food , this place didn't appeal me at all in terms of food, the menu card did give out some strange traditional gujarati names and ordered a Handwa but the one made at my home tastes 100 times better than that place. I have been a regular to meghdoot in the past many times, it has got good wooden interiors and can say that it gives a very authentic taste to some of its dishes, the vegetables are hot, the rotis are perfectly cooked, even the complimentary stuff like onions,pickle, chutney are clean, fresh and tasty.ther service is quick too, but all this is one aspect of a good dining restaurant, the other factors are equally important, though a good place for a group but if you are just two people I wouldn't recommend this place as it will be quite an expensive affair as the menu prices are exorbitant for... read more -

Though this place is not easily located ( it is in a quiet lane of vile parle east) by outsiders or not advertised, the patrons here (loyal customers and regular) can vouch vouch of the fantastic selected casual collection of men's attire stocked by the owner. I had been there just today with my relatives (who told me to have a look at their collection just once and since I had some time...
