Saw this movie late last night at Fame Cinemas, Andheri West. There were barely 20 other people in the theatre, so was able to catch the best seat in the house ;-)
The movie is riveting from the beginning. I loved the pace, the direction and the art in the movie. The story was well executed. And the dialogues ... just brilliant.
One of my favorite lines from the movie in a fight sequence -
"Batter. Dust lightly. Crack eggs. Flip the omelet. Add a light seasoning. Breakfast is served."
Go catch the show in the theatres. Very highly recommended. -

What a visual treat it was. The burrpers who've recommended the 3D version are spot on. The experience was truly immersive. Loved the treatment, the direction and the special effects.
Go watch it with or without the kids. You won't regret it. -

The movie is about a 3 best friends who are out for a Bachelor Party in Spain as one of them is getting married. Honestly, I went into the multiplex thinking - whatever but came out refreshed.
Zoya Akhtar has done a splendid job with her direction. There are a lot of side plots, with focus shifting to the issues of each of the characters. However the story doesn't lose its plot. The breathtaking locales of Spain and the good songs keep the film engaging.
Acting wise, we've got four good actors who do their job very well.
A recommended watch. -

Went to watch this movie in the afternoon and I still have a smile on my face. What a movie!
The movie is about a bunch of kids who take up a fight for a cause that they believe in and come out winning in the end.
The kids have acted very well, and for a change we don't have any known names or stupid item songs in the movie. The script is fresh and the direction perfect.
I'm just surprised to see only one review here for this movie.
Go watch it with your entire family. They'll thank you for it. -

Went to Fame Cinemas to watch Bbuddah Hoga Tera Baap last night. The hall was about half full, so my first reaction after sitting down was - I hope the movie is good. This is one of those rare times when I'm watching a movie on the Friday it has been released.
The basic premise of the movie is Amitabh Bachchan. I didn't find the story to be a very strong element. It's just there to show Amitabh beating, bashing and even having some fun amongst the bad people aka mafia of Mumbai.
