Tried the special south indian thali and the regular south indian thali here. Both were mediocre. The food variety and service was quite poor. When they tell you how many dishes are part of the thalis, be aware that they are counting small things like two types of pickles + papad too. I dont even want to go into the quality and taste of the individual dishes. The waiters had absolutely no patience to even stop serving when we asked them to. As a result we ended up with a lot of food which we dint want to eat.
I hate being herded like sheep in a restaurant and that's exactly what happened here.... read more -

Went here on an impulse while hanging out at UB City. The restaurant looked quite empty at 8 PM on a Friday, so we werent too sure of how good it was. We decided to go in anyway and I'm SO glad we did. It filled up real quick!
The food was great. We had zucchini kebabs for starters and they were absolutely yummy. For main course, we had khous-khous with veggies & falafel and a veggie pizza, both were amazingly tasty. The quantity was quite high and I struggled to finish mine. Our cocktails were good as well, with a good amount of alcohol in them :)

Highly pretentious. Measly proportions. Not a great variety of food especially for vegetarians. Very expensive given the quantity of food served. Have been to many restaurants in five-stars, none of them as pretentious/expensive as this place.
The word 'Zuri' in Swahili means 'far beyond expectation'. Must say this restaurant doesn't at all live up to the standards claimed by the parent hotel. -

Hubby and I have wanted to go to this place since a very long time after reading the great reviews on burrp. We finally did on Monday and I'm glad to say that the experience was beyond our expectations.
They have a wonderful variety of dishes and cuisines even for vegetarians(which is very difficult to find elsewhere). The menu on burrp is not updated. The actual menu has many more dishes listed.
Tried out the quesadillas for starters. The green dip was especially yummy!

Tried out the buffet lunch on a weekday with some office colleagues. Here's my take on the place:
Food:
The food tastes good. The starters and main course had a lot of variety in the vegetarian section. A couple of the starters were absolutely yummy and fresh from the stove.
The dessert section could have been better with more variety.
The mocktails were not good at all. All the mocktails tasted strongly of apple or ginger irrespective of what was ordered!
Service: The refilling of food was bad. We had to make quite a few trips to the buffet to get some of the starters. -
