I have been to this place almost 3 times now and it has still not disappointing me. The last time i went to Blend n Brew, it was jam-packed. Still i got my glass filled with water and a menu card handed to me in less than two minutes.(yeah. i was checking :P)
the waiters were quick and efficient and they had a pretty good Dj.
The alcohol is moderately priced and so is the food(which was quiet good). The only problem i faced was that there are tiny flies and moths around in the restaurant which was very irritating because it kept landing on my food.

Cafe Mondegar Colaba | 82 reviews
I have been to cafe Mondegar around 6 times now. Every time i go i order beer and the grilled sausages first and later on to the main course. The food is moderately priced and so is the booze. The service is ok as not many places would place a beer mug on a coaster. Though it gets on you nerves when they tend to give the foreigners more attention and leave out the rest of the Indian crowd. I love the juke-box. It has some awesome songs in it.
So in short apart from their service (which i suppose is a 5 star rating from foreigners) they seem decent enough. :D -

I used to love cafe XO like a year back. Was a regular over there. Now at times they seem to turn off their air conditioning (cost cutting i suppose). They sometimes only serve fosters(DAMN!!!). And i definitely wouldn't pay something like 210 bucks for a pint of carlsberg. A friend of mine ordered a fruit punch n it had curdled. i showed it to the barman and even though he apologised, he didnt change the drink and he had the nerve to put it on my bill. The songs that they play nowadays are real bad. I miss those days when i could hear aerosmith, metallica, guns and roses and the other legends.

A great play to hang out and chill. Good sheesha and some real good food. The last time i went there with my friends, the guy over there played 3 songs for 3 hours. And it were the same songs before that too.(especially the song called "amplifier"). I hope they play something different the next time i go back there.
The newly renovated place could use a new playlist. ;P -
