We went over to the Ping and was startled - so much could be done by young professionals coming together to operate a run of the mill venture: a chinese restaurante in India. The difference here was simply the way the key focus of the restaurant, food,has been transformed to an unbelievable delight. Starting with the basic treat, the starters, The Dimsums.
