I went to Grasshopper quite a few years ago actually, and have been wanting to go back ever since but as its a little far out and I need to make prior reservations somehow it just hasnt happened. The food there is really superb. Thats all I remember to tell you the truth. I dont remember the place, I dont remember if I enjoyed the service or anything at all but the food, that I remember. And that I think speaks volumes. I hope the place is as good as it was then. Think I should head out there soon with the wife, anniversary coming up! -

Just went through the burrpers choice awards and saw that this place has won the award for the perfect place for drinks. I second that completely. I actually went there for a quick drink after work with a work buddy and I knew when I got there that this would be a place my wife would really appreciate so we actually called our wives and asked them to come out there to join us!Service is impeccable and food is really good. you should really try the yougurt filled kabab, its amazing. What an impressive place!The lighting, the statues, the whole ambience is so great.Went there with the wife and few friends and while i knocked back a couple of beers, my wife really enjoyed her cocktails, especially the fig mojito. I would def go there again for that buzz factor, its a good place for the weekend. But i have a bone to pick about the service, i think the guys need to be trained better, while moving about the place and to the restroom, not one waiter moved to give atleast the ladies way but barged ahead against them and one of the girls almost fell down. Well folks! my sister got married two weeks ago and we had a lot of our relatives in Bangalore for the function. Two nights before the wedding function, as recommended by my sister in law who went there for her kitty party lunch there once, I took my relatives to Rakaabdar for dinner and I think everyone had a fabulous time. I agree with some of the other reviewers that this may not be the best burger ever.. But hey, Im just glad that I'm getting a good old beef burger to start with..! Hardees or DQ or Denny's or the other ten dozen places around the world do have good burgers.. But they're not here!.. And Thulp is.. And I think they do a pretty decent job while they're at it.. The three times Ive been there, Ive enjoyed both burgers and other items like the fish n chips.. or the philly steak sandwich and loved all of it..
