My parents have recently been to this place for the buffet lunch. The food was simply ok ok. Nothing special. The service totally sucks. There were 4 tables only full, with just 2 people to serve. When you say buffet I would have expected food up on display and we take how much we want.
But they decided to give us a menu to tick and choose what all we want and it will be served on your table. Most of the items that I had ticked on the menu was not served on my table. I have visited this place many many times in the past, and have faced terrible experiences with regards to the service at this place. But today the poor service topped everything else.
I visited this place to pick up food, which was a simple order of 1 starter, 1 gravy and 1 rice. I wait for 50 mins to get my food only to reach home and find out I have been given 2 gravies and 1 rice. When I go back to the restaurant, the manager tells me the gravy dish is the starter and was not ready to accept their mistake. I had visited this place on the first day it opened. I must say very attentive staff, and all of them are well aware of each dish on the menu.
I tried the churro's with dark chocolate sauce ... a very different dish and very yummy. We also had the churro sundae with white chocolate icecream and chocolate sauce. Probably the best white chocolate icecream I have eaten in Mumbai.
The classic spanish hot chocolate was simply awesome as it was no milk ... and all chocolate !!!
Overall a good place to visit for desserts though its a little heavy on the pocket. -

I have eaten the Frankie at this place too many times. But never bored of repeating it again. The BBQ Chicken Frankie and the Tibbs Special Frankie are the best. Must try these when you visit this place. Also the service is very quick and you can peep into the kitchen and see how clean it is. Brilliant !!! -

We were 5 people ordered 1 starter, and 4 main course dishes. Guess what none of us felt we had eaten anything. To begin with the pasta. None of the pastas on the menu include any vegetables. So we asked them to add some vegetables. The pasta was served with exactly 4 small pieces of half mushrooms and 6 small pieces of bell peppers in the entire dish. And the quantity was so poor that even a 5 year old kid would have been left hungry after finishing the entire dish.
