Was here at Phoenix Market City on 1st Jan 2012 for an evening with kids...Planned to have some quick snacks...Ended up at this place and I must say it wasn't a bad decision...tried the following wraps/ rolls; Paneer Hariyali, Tandoori Aloo, Smoky Paneer and Paneer Barbeque...all were nice and really tasty...For Rs. 100/ a roll/ wrap, its a good VFM product ! Recommended... -

I visited this place yesterday evening for the first time...courtesy a Snapdeal Voucher bought by me...The entire interaction started on a wrong footing as the individual wasn't keen to entertain the Snapdeal Voucher. Still i showed up and then put forth the Voucher to the individual taking the order...his facial expressions weren't at all encouraging to plan another visit to this place.
Food ordered, the service levels were very bad compared to the individuals who were eating in the next tables...
If u don't like honouring such coupons/ vouchers then why do u create such... read more -

I had bought a dealface voucher for a 5 day trial @ 249...I have been trying to connect with them to get the service started...the lady at the counter seems to be on clouds, they don't believe in customer delight...
Totally arrogant treatment for customers...Highly not recommended ! -

Entered the completely empty CCD on a Saturday night - wanted to have a milk-shake/ something to chill myself...requested them to suggest something but they just kept looking at me and then handed over the menu to me after 4-5 mins. Ordered a Chocolate milk-shake...
It was the most horrible milk-shake, I ever had at a CCD. Totally depressed, it was diluted with water to the highest possible level - felt that I paid 86 bucks for some sweet choco flavored water...felt cheated and looted...is it a standard of all CCDs or something peculiar with the Atria mall CCD ? -
