After a nasty review by a genuine customer who felt he was shortchanged by the lousy service offered by the restaurant, here is a fake who gives a five star. Can the management, instead of resorting to such cheap tactics, try to improve their service and satisfy the customers? Just for this one nasty thing of the restaurant, this will be forever blacklisted by me and my frineds.

The Service Charge that we levy is the standard model set in most restaurants around the world. Even in Bangalore, over 90% of sit down, full service restaurants charge a service charge of anywhere between 7% to 15%. We have set ours at the median at 10%, which is the most common format set in many comparable restaurants.
