- Nothing specific, if it's good, I'll listen

- Mary's (Virgin and Bloody), Pina Coladas, Margaritas, and pretty much anything that would have Orange or Mango in it, and a lil Strawberry. Oh yes, I forgot my first alcoholic drink: the good old Screwdriver (for the alcoholically challenged, it's vodka and orange juice)
- Favourite Movies:
- Can't think of a favourite right now, but I watch almost all English movies, but I'm very selective about films in other languages (coz most are pathetic rip offs and most of the others hardly have any ingenuity). For the sake of adding a few, Saving Private Ryan, The Rock, A walk in the clouds, The Matrix series, the Die Hard series, LOTR series, Narnia series, Madagascar, and a whole lot more...

- I love food, period! Doesn't matter if it belonged to a cow or a pig or a goat or a bird or something else, and it doesn't matter whether it came from land or sea, as long as it's cooked, I'll eat it. Raw food, well, that's a gray area :) Sushi is not a problem, but with salads I'm a lil sceptical. Why? Just for kicks :)

Had been there for dinner on Friday night (this place is open only for dinner, and only on 3 nights a week - Friday, Saturday, & Sunday). The food and the setup are terrific. Visited this place on the eve of the BBMP polls (a 'dry' night). But that didn't shrivel our dinner experience when it came to the overall experience. The place is located opp. the innovative multiplex, and is above Yo China and Purple Haze. The reataurant's theme, based on the travels of Mr.Fogg, is delightful, and there certainly seems to have been some thought behind this venture. During the 2nd week of March, I visited Medici with a friend and her family to review the place for Bangalore Mirror. Suffice to say we came out happy. The ambiance is very good, although they have a thing for dim lights, and even when asked to turn them up, in a while they are turned down again! That apart, the food is great and for a new restaurant, they seem to have their bearings right.

Surprised at the title, don't be, because I certainly DID NOT have an experience even remotely close to what the previous 4 reviewers had. Not sure if VikramK visited on V-Day or not, but the other 3 certainly did. The experience I had at this place was completely the opposite (I visited on the 9th, a good 5 days before V-Day).

Something very striking about some of the past reviews seems to be the fact that some of the reviewers didn't seem to have an understanding about the concept of fine dining and have rated the restaurant poorly. While I can't comment and cast aspersions on the level of service that was meted out to them, I can certainly say that the food was good and worth the money that was being charged, quite simply because (a) The unique concept, which you wouldn't find elsewhere in Bangalore, and (b) The fact that the food was brilliant!
