Restaurants serving Spanish food are not too many in Bangalore and hence we ventured into this place after booking a table. While the table was ready, we were stranded right in front of the restaurant for 30 mins as there is no parking anywhere in the vicinity and they dont have a valet!
Our friends who had reached earlier had ordered 2 tapas - a potato based croquette and the pork sausages. On our arrival we ordered a bottle of wine, a fresh lime and 2 more tapas. As the title goes, this place has the best collection of single malts, scotches and whiskey. The place is very well done with really old bottles and books about your favorite spirit.
They do have a fairly good collection of beers as well.
The price is definitely on the higher side and if you plan to get drunk here, it is advisible to pass out before the bill comes! -

After a drink at Highland Nectar, the whiskey bar of ITC Gardenia, we headed to Cubbon Pavilion.
The ambience of this brightly lit place is ideal for groups, like ours, who had children. The service without mentioning, is exceptional.
Our group was split between having the pizza and trying the buffet. So, we decided to do both! The buffet had a great spread of Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Mexican and European food. Finding the place might be a problem for those who dont know BTM Layout very well. It is opposite the BTM Layout lake in one of the by-lanes.
Going there on the weekend could also be risky as it is over crowded and it is kinda difficult to wait when the food from the tabels is smelling so good.

I think I am being generous by giving this place one star! Let me talk about the food before getting into the service. Actually, I dont have anything to say about the food as it is definitely not Italian!!! I would probably have something to say if I describe what I ate as a South Indian mini meal.
