Was a fan of this place until my last visit.Totally taken aback by the drop in quality. Good ambiance. We had opted for the entertaining @ Ebony package as we were a large group and a la-carte would be a pain. As it is a kind of package similar to a buffet served on the table, the managers and the waiters literally looked at us as if we were second grade citizens! They literally denied to serve more starters. Getting one plate for a table seating 9 members and then making us wait for half an hour for another piece of the starter was insane. I usually visit this place when I want to hangout with a buddy and there are lots of talks to share. Unlike pubs, where having a conversation is like juggling frogs, this a very decent place in an abandoned building.Interiors look like an old house. Scores low on Ambiance. But with its lip smacking dishes, it compensates excellently. Serves chilled beer, not to forget at very pocket friendly pricing. Drums of heaven (chicken) being its signature dish is also the tastiest thing in it's kind i've ever eaten. A very decent place to visit with families as well. When I first entered this place i thought I landed up at the wrong place(A coffee sitout at the entrance :) ). A very Small place which is a bit difficult to locate. But when you're into the actual sit out You'll just enjoy!! Good fresh beer served. And awesome starters to go with your BEER. I'd recommend the Chicken lollypop and French fries. You also have a separate lounge for Smokers but gets a little suffocating for non smoking Mates. All in all, I'd say if you are looking for some place to sip beer n Chillax in KORAMANGALA, THIS IS THE PLACE. Very decently priced too.. -

With the terrace lounge you will feel pretty relaxed. Good service as well. But a Pint of beer will cost you 130 and a bottle will cost you 180. That's why I call it OVERPRICED. I feel there are better places at better prices in Koramangala. So do not waste your money at this place unless and until you are so specific about the Ambiance. And if you look at the food menu, you will not find a single Item priced below 180. Unless you order for a veg SALAD which may cost you around 140 Bucks :-) . Hope this review helps. -

How can someone even call this place a pub???
PATHETIC seating. Ambiance is the worst i've ever seen for a PUB.
And the Service..cant call it service actually. It's like they'r doing Mehrabani..
They had put up an offer on SNAP DEAL. But refused to accept it at the venue as there were many people who wanted to redeem it.
They actually collect the thrown away FOAM from pitchers and then serve it to CUSTOMERS... All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to my ENEMY -

What about using the Disposed foam that is filled into pitchers and served to customers ? What about denial of the offer and asking us to go for a-la-carte? Inspite of asking to serve proper beer and not disposed beer, The person says "This is how we serve, How can we waste that Foam? " Is this how you expect to run this place? I'd seriously put up negative reviews and suggest everyone not to go to this place. And Plzz do not put up offers on SNAPDEAL if you are not capable of Handling it. I have seen it myself. So kindly do not try to argue further. Have the courtesy to accept a mistake and improvise on it in the future. And you justifying something is not going to change the fact. This place is definitely not worth a second visit.

I deeply regret your experience at our Pub, we try to live up to all our customer expectations at all times. I would like to personally apologize for your experience. We have not had one bad review from any snap deal customer or any other guest. We full on the weekends and hence our service was a bit slow. We have no intentions to deliberately delay service to any of our guests. I hope that you visit again to our pub and i would personally ensure that you are well taken care off.
