almost after a year since my last awful experience with 5Spice, i did my life's biggest blunder by walking in again.. atleast I should have taken the lack of waiting crowd as a warning, that this place has lost it completely!!! last time it was hair in the noodles, cracked n chipped plates and no one to serve us.. this time the food was the hosts choice, with no regard what so ever to our preferences or order placed by us!! apologies, don even expect one from the waiter who was struggling to read out whats printed on the menu card!!! thought Bandra might be better than Goregaon, but i was proved... read more -

such a terrible experience.. never expected this from the Le Meridien.. my friend was so confident about the place considering her corporate@dalecarnegieindia.comerience there couple of years back; she ended up shocked once we started with the dinner and started apologizing mid way ended up doing it for the next 2 days.. food was so stale; what i felt like a piece of bone it the biriyani was actually a piece of rice!!! beat that.. the deserts section was so over populated with tomato n carrot flavor... the only relief was the ice tea and the expresso!!!! and not to forget the staff... pity them... read more -

excellent ambiance.. good place to sit n relax over a coffee.. n there it ends.. a good try to recreate the old Delhi street charm; but terribly misses the 'chat pata' flavours!!! the pricing is way too high for the quantities offered.. the token system kind of reminds you of an old bank.. overall good place for a tea break.. especially the matka chai.. -

innovative and amazing theme.. the ambiance is really different and gives an amazing experience.. the 'cop' walking upto you asking "how may I help you" hits you on the face and takes two minutes digest; 'mein kahan hu!!!'.. the food is really impressive, especially the Blue Cheese Chicken.. the menu needs to have more options and the 'cops' need to improvise on their product knowledge.. considering these as the initial days shortcomings; it was an amazing (also a bit weird - in terms of enjoying fine dining in a jail instead of 'sukha rotis and watery 'daal') experience... -

'cool' place.. different ambiance.. a good escape from the summer heat.. good variety on the menu card too... if the accessories provided are better maintained and if the restrooms were sufficiently available this would have been a real nice experience.. so ensure that ur bladders are empty before you step in, otherwise you may endup queuing outside the lone restroom; irrespective of being a male or female... -

All concerns are being worked on, except the restroom one..Would like you to visit our fine dining concept on level one & feast on our pan asian delicacies ...so that irresepctive of summer season ,we keep on seeing you over and again.

Thank you for your wonderful review on the place as well as the food. Yes there were some initial hiccups but i am sure a visit from your end back here now might just impress you a bit more. Hoping to see you back in THE JAIL soon....
