Just hangin at the huge bar, ordering beers and their amazing bar snacks was great. It felt totally relaxed with the casual atmosphere. Definately a place to regulary hang out. -

CC at phoniex where i am a regular is really going down in service and food quality.
Went there for dinner on sat night and got greeted by a lovely/smiling hostess Bharti. After that it was all downhill. The table was smelling and not cleaned properly. The service was so prompt that one felt like the dishes were probably half prepped for a fast turnover. The Chelo kabab had not taste and butter. The butter chicken wa just a tomato puree. Went there Sat night with a group of 9 people. Overall the food was ok but little pricey for the small portions. The Rip Off was the Rack of Lamb for Rs.1200. Obviously most people would think it would be a full rack for that price but we got only 3 lamb chops in it with some sparingly sauté veggies.. We planned to share it between 2 of us and we both got up hungry. When we asked the manager he also insisted that’s their version of a rack of lamb. Someone please tell them the meaning of RACK OF LAMB. -

Went to Trishna yesterday. Ordered Hyd Dal(Excellent) but only got 4 half sml katoris from it. The rawas in pepper was awesome but disssapinted with the prawns koliwada, they were like popcorn. Crab is always great but overpriced. we asked for it de-shelled and it was 150gms of meat for Rs 1000. Lastly, they charge a 10% service charge and have a tip part in the credit card slip also. I feel that is unfair and they should inform the client. Hardly any resturants charge SC. -
