Been here yesterday. i sort of agree to the positive as well as negative reviews. Positive side, yes the varieties, ambiance and good retro music is very good. on the negative side high pricing on the menu plux taxes of whooping 27% (14% VAT, 3% service tax and 10% service charge) is too much for the kind of hotel it is. I would think 10 times to go back this place. -

I was under the impression this place is not good for vegetarians and only for meat lovers. I think it was proved wrong. had been there last month and was really impressed with ambiance, the staff were friendly and helped us distinguish the veg and non-veg guests. The deal was too good where they served a complimentary drink (alc and non-alc), unlimited barbeque starters with hot grill, buffet (with loads of veg/non-veg dishes, north Indian rotis and subzees). I loved this place for many things. Awesome ambiance, it's an exclusively vegetarian Italian restaurant, and there is great food on the menu. Since I found out this restaurant also belongs to same chain as La Pizzeria in Pune, I decided to treat my family here on my birthday. I loved the Cheesy Nachos, the pizzas, pastas and the my all time favorite- lasagne. I would love to visit more often. -

I have been eating in dwaraka bhavan for the past 25 years and i still go there regularly for the buttery khali dose which will melt in the mouth. The best chutney ever which adds to the taste of doses. pour the chutney onto the doses and enjoi the best combination ever. This is a nostalgic place too. -
