The word is pampering actually. The staff was very courteous. The facilities, interiors, decor was a class apart. The treatment was very professional & effective.

I do feel that the services a little expensive but yes its great once in a while.

The best part was that they get you to sign a code of conduct form. This just adds so much credibility to this place.

A place Kerala food place empty on Vishu. Wonder why?

- Due to a major problem, we won't be able to accept credit cards. What can be so major that you haven't solved it for years now?
- No nonveg today, only veg for vishu. Why can't you put a board outside saying that? When i called them they told me that they having a special meal on account of vishu. He didn't bother telling us that neither NV nor a lacarte will be available.
