not that am a major fan of b'lr service culture... but this place was the pits. orders for a simple seven up being replaced by plain soda... and the server laughing it off to ones face is just sad.
precooked chapatti that is raw inside is gross
but a place that can get even rasam and coconut chutney wrong?
or here's the best, where the host advises you to use the lemon wedge from the onion salad to fix your heineken? ooooh la la! -

Liked some names on the drinks menu, but was in a rush so can say the vegetables in a bun did not really win too many points and the wonton soup was just about okay for a working lunch. Would need to give the place more time before i can decide if its going to be on my regular haunts list or nyet. But the service was prompt, and with a smile. -

a watermelon mojito that was straight from the concentrate can and a pretentious dosa being passed off as a crepe.... with a smidgin of red chutney and zip. Why do people assume anyone who eats it won't be able to tell the difference? The waffles were from the pre-mix again, as was the ice cream and mango jam... had it not ended on a sweet note, would have been a ho-humm-disaster kinda place. -

first things first, this place seriously dented my xmas budgets... they have cutesy stuff with royal icing on gingerbread and mince pies and chocolates and more. How can a person resist? However, the churros came with a wee bit of chocolate and were burnt outside n slightly raw inside... the plum cake had a distincty non-plumcakey whiff, and the chocolate was so thick, it needed effort to go down. Yet, can truly and wholeheartedly recommend their cookies called little kisses....they are really good! -

they do mean coffee, meaner sandwitches but like the best of french traditions, one should head there for the breads and the preserves. Service is as random and temperamental as it could be, yet its a place that stole my heart with its true blue macaroons and more. -
