Cringing, craving, bingeing, braving... you always have an opinion on what's hot and what's not in your city and we just love to hear it. Besides, there's no better place to satiate that itch to bitch!
The out door ambience is very appealing and so is the food quality. The service is not up to the mark, but then sometimes you do get bad service on the weekends. The sunday outing with friends was very satisfactory, the atmosphere was great as the crowd was lively. Had a very good time with the one plus one very welcome.
The service at this joint is immensely and persistently great. I am a regular here with friends and family and never had a bad experience, once in a while on a weekend, the service is slow, but never rude or disappointing. The restaurant has a 10% service charge, which is almost a standard in all similar restaurants. In Indiranagar, almost 100% restaurants have this same charge. Guess me must keep it in mind when we go out to eat . Other wise this is more or less standard. Guess life is not cheap anymore. Hope that the taxes dont go up from next month, with the state and national budgets... read more
These guys at Peacock really take guests suggestions seriously. The conversion to multicuisine is based on guest feedback, which is really admirable. The all day dining definitely gives flexibility to dine at your conveinence . You do not see dissatisfied look of the waiters if you check in for a meal at 3 pm because they are due to go on a break in a short while ! The place has truly evolved into a sizzler house with a variety of Indian and continental sizzlers selling like hot cakes. The inclusion of chinese and thai ( in a weeks time) would definitely add to the appeal of family crowd.... read more
The sizzlers at Peacock, yes , and they are great. The Indian ones are both innovative and tasty. The continental are good too, the best being pork chops with caramalised oninons- interesting. The biryani sizzler was fab too. It sure 'does it for me'
Walked into Creme and Crust last evening with friends looking for channa bhatura, the manager directed us to the first floor of the building where Peacock has just opened. Took the lift and when we walked out we were taken in by sheer opulence, absolutely 5 star interiors. For a second you get confused if you are entering a five star hotel restaurant or just another diner on 100 ft Road.
The service is exemplary, the chole bhature I had tried on an earlier occasion at Creme and Crust, where they had introduced some of the food from the kitchen of Peacock about a month ago, so I settled for... read more
