I liked the ambiance. Yeah it had very recognizable Chinese decor with the red walls and all but i found it soft and not too harsh and hence setting the mood right.
The food was good. We had lamb roast and fried rice. For drink we had vodka with sprite.
There are some Chinese fine dining restaurants that still dunk their food in oil, this place is not among them.
We didn't try the wine ..maybe some other time.
I would like to go back here again. -

We tried cream of chicken soup here and it really surprised me. The blend of spices was subtle, almost perfect .
The Fish Sizzler we ordered after that was average. Nothing outstanding there but worth the money I think . The ambiance is good. I like the decor though its a bit old. So i give this an average rating. -

There was quite a crowd waiting to get into this place and so I though the food would be great. After waiting about for 20 mins we got a table. Our mistake was we ordered Tomatoe soup, prawn chow chow and Singaporean noodles. Yes very bland affair unlike most Indians who luv spicy food but I am among those people who like to get the taste of the ingrediants rather than such chilli in my mouth.
I was pretty disappointed.
I have never had such a horrible tomato soup. It was like drinking maggie tomato ketchup. The noodles was drizzling with oil and the prawns were so tiny i almost missed... read more -
