    Sancho's Restaurante & Cantina Khar West  |  59 reviews

Wonderful ambience. Soft lighting and good music. Service is great! For starters, I would suggest the fiesta nachos, fresh chips surrounded by guacamole, olives, jalapenos, fresh cream. Very refreshing. For mocktails, go for the iced tea, which is much better than the cranberry fizz I ordered. For the mains, the Chicken fajita was a winner, but what let me down completely and entirely was the veg enchilada, zero flavour, too cheesy and I couldn't go past the fifth bite. It felt like cooked vegetables with cheese and no spices. The accompanying rice and guacamole did not help either. Did nothing... read more

  • Because it makes your Sunday better! 2 days ago

Grillopolis Kurla West  |  6 reviews

A lazy Sunday, you wake up late and Grillopolis is the place you hit for lunch. Because the food is absolutely fantastic! At 640 rupees, you are given a wide spread of great dishes, unlimited iced tea and great, great music. They have set up a projector playing concerts of Queen, Rod Stewart, Adele and Enrique. What can go wrong? Among the starters, the stuffed potatoes, lamb and prawns were clear winners. My friends could not stop gushing about the tandoori crab masala and the chicken in cranberry sauce (for the mains). I personally loved the pumpkin risotto, the ratatouille and the paneer makhani... read more

Thank you Shrikala for your review. You made our day! Nothing works better for us than a guest who has enjoyed our fare.
Just to keep you posted we are in soft operations phase now and in the coming days theres going to much more to keep ours guests happy. More variety in starters (a Michelin featured chef from London is currently working on our new trials), a slew of cocktails in the pipeline, more desserts and a digitally interactive menu on iPad which not only allows you to order but choose your own music from our music bank to add to the cue list as well as a dedication message on screen.<...read more

Rain Forest Resto Bar Andheri West  |  19 reviews

The ambience really lives up to the name. The place is dark and misty and there are leaves and branches all around. Seating is log-like. The bar looks absolutely beautiful. I would suggest this place for a quiet dinner with your close friends. If you have to order something light yet filling, go for the indian platter. The green chutney is always a deal breaker for me, and it was delicious here. For desserts, the sizzling brownie did not disappoint. The staff is courteous and that adds extra points!

Tea Centre Churchgate  |  17 reviews

If I had a picture of how restaurant experiences would be in the eighties,, it would be like Tea Centre. This quaint, little place is tres homely and serves the best chai that I have tasted in town. Take a cozy corner with your friends and order a cup of kulhad chai. If you are here for a meal, I would suggest the Dal tadka and Bhindi Chatpati (a must order). Service is prompt. This place has become a recent favorite and I find myself coming here for dinner every time I visit town. Love the place!

I went here a couple of days back and I loved it. Very well spoken, courteous people attending to you. I got my hair cut by Munawar who did a really good job. I'm definitely going back!
