Cringing, craving, bingeing, braving... you always have an opinion on what's hot and what's not in your city and we just love to hear it. Besides, there's no better place to satiate that itch to bitch!
After having planned to visit Plan B for weeks, we finally landed at the entrance of Plan B on Sunday afternoon. I was extremely eager to visit Plan B after reading all the good reviews. My friend and I scanned the well thought out menu and decided to try out Emu steak and pork chops. We also order a beer pitcher. The service was quick.
The beer wasn't chilled enough but then one can't really be extremely fussy about such trivial things. We had almost finished the beer and our food hadn't arrived yet. Finally, our Emu steak and Pork chops arrived.
My friend and I decided to go to Soul and we ended up there. We were greeted by this gentleman who seemed very friendly and wished us Happy new year! So we ordered chicken wings which didn't taste or look like chicken wings! Although I am not a fan of Sheesha/Hookah, we ordered Apple [?] flavoured hookah. The beer was supposedly German which my friend recommended so we ordered two beers as well. My friend ordered for Sprite to go with the beer. I had mine neat! :) The beer wasn't impressive either. We intended to enjoy mallu food [despite being a non mallu! Sigh :(] on Onam this year and the experience left a bad taste in the mouth. The ambience was nice and that is [or was?] the only good bit about this place. Service was dismal. Food was served in such small quantities that even sparrows won't find it filling! I've had much more tastier, healthier mallu food in the past! Extremely disappointing for the price one has to pay for a meal. Quantity, quality, service needs to be improved a lot. At least the fellow burrper below got buttermilk in the end, whereas we didn't get any! :P

Dear Mr. Vishwas. Greetings!!
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and also for your valuable feedback. We had just opened up on 20th Aug 2010 at Kormangala and there were a few initial hiccups that followed for Onam as well. We invite you and your family to come and dine with confidence at our place. You can also send in your views at dr.danny@cholayilcare.com.
Once again sorry about everything.
Absolutely love the biriyani here. Ambience, service, crowd surely not its strong points. Dig in and you will forget about the rest. Nice and spicy. Not very cheap I must admit.
Absolutely loved the service, staff, food and ambience. Although be prepared, wear pants with real deep pockets because it is expensive! Extremely noisy and loud. But once you are in 'high' spirits, it hardly matters.
