Visited Le Pain Quotidien much after it opened. Had been intending to go there since a long time, but finally ended up there, quite unplanned for a quick light dinner.
Loved the decor, high ceilings, beautiful colors all around and nice lighting. Perfect for a day time meeting, even a quite business meeting during the day, or a quiet dinner some day.

I keep going here, great location (central when I want to meet people from Central and Western Suburbs). I have been to the Bandra location as well, but I prefer the Powai one for a few reasons in spite of it being farther away from home- Great views, Better quality of food and service.
Over multiple visits, for Lunch and Dinner, I have sampled various vegetarian dishes.

Was driving by Powai and wanted to pick up a quick Pizza to eat on the road (too much traffic) I stopped by at Pizzaroma and ordered a Pizza by the slice with onions and bell peppers. The slice was actually a rectangular pizza, pretty wholesome to satiate my hunger. It was well done as per my request and perfectly moist with the sauce. I also picked a bottle of aerated water. All in all for just around 100 rupees.
Well priced, good quality and swift service. -

It was a trip back home, after being away from home for almost 2 years. Ramashraya was the first place to eat after getting back to Mumbai. The food was amazing as usual, but small portions and dearer to the pocket.
I ordered a single Idli and Onion Rava Mysore. Dosa was half the size they used to serve and I think 50 percent more pricey. Thank God the taste was the same. Ended up ordering another Mysore Sada dosa.
New interiors, with new upholstery on the chairs, the huge menu card on the wall has disappeared and made place for some portraits of Gods.

All said and done, the food here is excellent. The 2 stars are for that.
Apart from that, the service is really bad. Once we were seated, they took like 10 minutes to even serve us water and give us a menu card. This in spite of me signalling to the waiter atleast 2-3 times.
They have a very cocky attitude and do not change or alter dishes as per customer preference. I guess they believe that they know it all.
