I was bound with the responsibility of taking around my Australian colleague around Mumbai who was staying at Taj. he requests me to take him to a good north indian dinner in SoBo. My first choice- Masala Kraft. he turns down. I google and find Khyber and its fan following. He is amazed with the powerful name and we get in without a booking.
Ambience - A perfect 5/5 - Like a maze. room inside a room. Dimly Lit with good interior.
Service - 4/5 - for the patience exhibited in explaining the dishes.
Food -
Achari Tikka - good but Noorani beats this anytime.

Sitting in Marine drive on a Saturday eve with thoughts of a good dinner would always bring memories back of Relish. It is just 1/2km from NCPA end with ample parking space (ofcourse BMC wala :p )The place is quire crowded on weekends with long waiting hours. Only way to beat the Q is to go for early dinner. But be ready for a lot of chitter chatter since many families visit here.
This resto serves literally all cuisines (American, Italian, Mexican, Oriental & Indian).

Hotel Tara Punjab Chembur (E) | 1 review
A normal bar & resto flooded with group of gangs drinking & smoking. The disgusting part about this place is I saw people smoking on the tables even though it is prohibited. Lots of noise. I would not advise ground floor atleast for families.
Only mentionable fact is their service is ultra fast and attendants are quick.
Pricing Definitely affordable. -

Natural Ice creams gets a competition next door in Shivaji Park - A newly opened ice-cream parlour. Strategically located with a lot of restaurants around.It is not a Gelato and not a natural. Definitely not a Hokey Pokey (Thank God!). The board says established in 19xx. I have not seen it till date at this place.
They have innovative flavours like meetha paan, Gajar Ka Halwa, Bailey's english cream etc and classical natural ones like Sitaphal, Chikkoo, Kulfi. Quite a few chocolate varieties are eye ball catchers.

I have been craving to visit here from past 2 years but due to unknown reasons, plans failed many times. Finally decided! As a routine, I checked into burrp to have a look at reviews. I was shocked. 8/10 reviewers are unhappy customers that gave a heartbreak.
I still continued. The restaurant was filled up. No prior bookings made. Luckily got a table.
